Shipping & returns

Products are delivered in Australia by the best available delivery service. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location.  Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. This service may require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you with instructions on where to collect or organise a new delivery time.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

• Port City Cycles will provide a refund or exchange on products where required by law.
• Change of mind returns are not available.  
• Returns for all purchases require the original receipt.
• All returned items must have the original packaging and in new and unused condition.
• If a suitable exchange of product is not available, a refund will be given.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping/freight costs.
• If you purchase an item online that states it is only to purchased via click n collect or in store, then you must come into the store to collect your item.  If you have paid for the item online and can't collect it, then we will refund the cost of the item less any fees incurred by us from our payment gateways.
